Business Manager

Virginia Cullan is the business manager of The Law Offices of Samuel K. Cullan, M.D., J.D. and Associates. She graduated with honors in education from the University of Wyoming in 1977.

Law School

Virginia Cullan graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1983. While a student, Ms. Cullan worked as a clerk for the firm of Cullan and Cullan in Omaha, Nebraska. Upon graduating she worked with her older brothers Dr. Daniel Cullan and David J. Cullan for eleven years where she was responsible for the Workman’s Compensation Division of the firm. She was also second chair in many other cases which resulted in several recoveries in excess of a million dollars. Ms. Cullan has experience in cases involving semi-truck wrecks, automobile wrecks, birth injury, and toxic shock cases.

Virginia Cullan has an avid interest in public service and has served as a volunteer or performed pro bono work in the area of adoptions from foreign countries, Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, Catholic Social Services, and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Ms. Cullan is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska. She is a member of a number of distinguished legal organizations including the American Trial Lawyers Association, Missouri Bar Association, and the Missouri Trial Lawyers Association.
