Virginia Cullan, Esq.

Virginia Cullan is the business manager of Cullan & Cullan. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska and is a member of many distinguished legal organizations including the American Association for Justice, Missouri Bar Association, and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.

Law School

Virginia graduated with honors in education from the University of Wyoming and earned her law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 1983. Throughout law school, Ms. Cullan worked as a clerk for the firm of Cullan & Cullan in Omaha, Nebraska.

Professional Experience

Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Cullan continued working with her older brothers Dr. Dan Cullan and Dave Cullan, where she was responsible for the Workman’s Compensation Division of the firm. She handled hundreds of serious automobile accident cases and was also the second chair in many birth injury cases, which resulted in recoveries of more than a million dollars. Ms. Cullan has experience in cases involving semi-truck wrecks, automobile wrecks, birth injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse.

Virginia has an avid interest in public service and has served as a volunteer and/or performed pro bono work for the Brain Injury Association, Cerebral Palsy Prevention, Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness and Prevention, Child Abuse Prevention and helped facilitate adoptions from the Phillippines and China.

Personal Interests

Virginia’s hobbies include keeping up with family, reading, writing music, and listening to music of all kinds.
